IT'S IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN FORGETTING OR CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE, BUSINESSES LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT APPOINTMENT TIME AND OTHER CLIENTS WAITING FOR APPOINTMENTS MISS OUT ON RECIEVING SERVICES

FOR THE BENEFIT AND RESPECT OF ALL OF OUR CLIENTS AND PROFESSIONALS, APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
  • LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE IS CONSIDERED A LATE CANCELLATION AND WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE
  • IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT OR DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL CONSIDERED A NO SHOW AND WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE SCHEDULED SERIVCE.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

EXTRA GUESTS IN THE SALON - IF YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR CHILDREN WITH YOU TO THE SALON THEY MUST BE ABLE TO STAY SEATED IN THE WAITING AREA OR IF THE SPACE ALLOWS IT, IN A CHAIR NEXT TO YOUR STATION DURING THE ENTIRE DURATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE IF THESE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED AND YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR SERVICE. IN THE PAST, WE HAVE HAD DAMAGE TO OUR FURNITURE AND BROKEN DECOR. IT IS A LIABILITY CONCERN AND DANGEROUS TO HAVE LITTLE ONES RUNNING AROUND THE SALON UNATTENDED WHILE WE HAVE LOTS OF SHARP OBJECTS + HOT TOOLS IN USE. PLEASE USE CAUTION AND PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK AS IVY AND SAGE OR IT'S REPRESENTATIVES CAN'T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES.

WE REALIZE THINGS HAPPEN AND EACH SITUATION WILL BE REVIEWED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. OUR CLIENTS APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED ON A STRICT SCHEDULE AND WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO GIVE EACH CLIENT THE TIME AND ATTENTION THEY DESERVE. RELAXATION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY AT THE SALON. WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE ALL OF OUR CLIENTS, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UNDERSTANDING.

CAN I BRING A GUEST WITH ME?

BECAUSE WE ARE A HYBRID SALON WHERE MOST OF OUR STYLISTS OPERATE INDEPENDENTLY, SERVICES FEES WILL VARY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A QUOTE, PLEASE REACH OUT AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE ONE. 

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST? 

DUE TO THE EXCLUSIVE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES, WE REQUIRE A RETAINER FEE TO RESERVE YOUR DATE. THIS RETAINER FEE DOES NOT GO TOWARDS THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SERVICES, BUT IT DOES SECURE YOUR SPOT ON OUR CALENDAR. 

WHEN BOOKING MY WEDDING SERVICES, DOES MY RETAINER FEE GO TOWARDS THE TOTAL COST OF SERVICES? 

TRIAL RUNS ARE NOT INCLUDED BUT CAN BE ADDED ALA CARTE. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU'D LIKE A QUOTE TO ADD A TRIAL RUN.

ARE BRIDAL HAIR AND MAKE UP TRIALS INCLUDED WHEN I BOOK IVY AND SAGE FOR MY WEDDING DAY? 

YES! WE ARE SO EXCITED TO SERVE ALL OF OUR CLIENTS IN THE MOST COMFORTABLE WAY WE CAN FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS. 

IS YOUR SALON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE? 

YES! WE HAVE A SPACIOUS PARKING LOT RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR SALON.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING ON SITE?

Absolutely! WE HAVE A NEWLY ADDED BRIDAL SUITE WITHIN OUR SALON THAT IS THE PERFECT SPOT FOR YOU AND YOUR BRIDAL PARTY TO SPREAD OUT + GET READY BEFORE YOUR WEDDING. OUR SPACE FEATURES PLENTY OF SEATING, BEAUTIFUL NATURAL LIGHT, AND AESTHETIC DECOR THAT WILL HELP ELEVATE YOUR WEDDING EXPERIENCE (AND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY!)

NO WE DO NOT. DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF EVERY SERVICE AND/OR WEDDING BOOKING AND THE VARIED COSTS ASSOCIATED, WE REQUIRE A PHONE OR EMAIL BOOKING PROCESS.
