Hey there, I'm Caitlyn! I’ve been a hairstylist since 2011. My obsession with hair began when I was a little girl, being an older sibling to three sisters I had a lot of hair to play with growing up. I opened my own salon because I truly believe that when you do what you love and are surrounded by the right environment & group of people that help encourage, motivate & support you, your opportunities are endless. My favorite part of my job (how do I just pick one?!) is seeing my client’s smile & confidence glow when they look at themselves in the mirror at the end of their appt. I also love helping motivate & inspire my co-workers to keep learning & growing so I am working on making more time to do some more educating! Bridal styling is by far my favorite service to provide, in and outside of the salon. Traveling to check out new venues is so fun!

Hey there! My name is Ashley and I am the owner of Splash of Color. I am a licensed cosmetologist, extension specialist, hair coloring specialist, and bridal hair and makeup specialist. I have been in this industry for over 12 years now and still growing. Helping enhance your natural beauty and helping you grow more confident in yourself through hair is my passion. Especially if it’s for your special day or a fun event. I love being a traveling hair and makeup artist, and all the connections and relationships I’ve been made along the way. For over 8 years now I’ve been working alongside my bestie Caitlyn who created a beautiful salon called Ivy & Sage Hair co. Outside of work I’m usually traveling somewhere to hike with my partner Brandon. We love camping, hiking, waterfalls and mountains. If I’m at home I’m reading, painting, doing something creative, or snuggling my furbabies. I love anything that allows me to be my creative self. MEET ASHLEY
Hi, I’m Sheena. I graduated from The Beauty School in Eau Claire in 2005, I have worked extremely hard at building a clientele and have been in every position behind the chair, from starting as a stylist at a corporate salon then managing to owning a salon in 2013 but what I have enjoyed most is renting my own space within a salon with other passionate, motivated stylists and that’s what I love most about Ivy & Sage Hair Salon. My favorite services are coloring, styling/finishing, and precision cutting. However, the best part is the relationships with my clients and making them feel amazing after every visit! This means I strive to have consistent customer care and keeping appointments booked in a reasonable time frame. I also enjoy continuing to learn and stay educated in this ever changing industry A little bit about me outside of the salon; I was born and raised in Chippewa Falls. I have been with my husband since High school and we have an amazing son! When we are not busy running our businesses or at a sporting event for our son, we love traveling and going to our cabin up north! In my free time, I enjoy getting pampered, cooking, exercising and spending time with friends and family. Hi everyone! My name is Julia and I have been a stylist in Eau Claire for over 6 years. My favorite services to do while in the salon would be blonding & lived-in color. Outside of the salon, I enjoy traveling to wedding venues and styling hair for brides and wedding parties. Regardless of the service, I love helping people feel beautiful and confident with their hair. When I’m not doing hair, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and animals. Outside of work you can find me hanging with my friends and family, traveling, painting, skating, or binge watching ‘Friends’. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends, family and my dog! My dog Couper is my bestie, so snuggles and walks are my favorite way to spend time with him. I also spend a lot of my days off, volunteering at my church and spending time there. I LOVE coffee, my go-to order is a white chocolate shaken espresso.
